1 hour session. multiple poses. Applies to random situations. We can discuss your needs per request.

The Wedding Package

Our weddings range from approx. $1800-$4000.

Since each wedding is as unique as the couple getting married, so we like to set up a consultation meeting with the bride and groom to go over the details of the wedding, so that we can give you the best price. We have found that every wedding is so different, and it would be unfair to have a flat wedding fee.

Our quoted wedding fee would include the following:

• 2 (possibly 3) Photographers for the entire wedding day.

• A flash drive of ALL the weddings pictures and retouched set of 20-40 photos uploaded to our Facebook Page, and also available on your flash drive.

• A GoPro for the wedding party to use during the reception. (optional)

• $150 off an engagement session: Engagement Sessions are normally $350, 2 hour session with download of all pictures.

Prints or Canvases can be ordered à la carte.

General Portrait Session Tips

We want to stress this from the get go: by no means is all this necessary or required. But if you're lost, or not sure what you need to do to prepare; here is some advise I would give you, based off of my years of experience!

WEATHER: Don’t worry about clouds because they make ideal shooting conditions. But falling rain is an issue and we will have to reschedule. We will try to contact you first, but please call us 812-217-0992 if you have any doubts or concerns.

GLASSES: Here’s the facts……Glasses reflect light.Retouching on glass glare can be quite costly. I suggest asking your eye doctor to borrow a pair of lens- less frames for you session. Most doctors are really good about doing this. Just make sure to ask a week or so ahead of time.

FRIENDS AND PARENTS: Friends or parents are welcome and often can be a help. However, if they distract you, it may be best to meet them when the session is over. You’re welcome to have a couple of shots with a boyfriend/girlfriend, best friend, sibling, or parent at no extra charge. *** Please do let us know that you want to have this in advance.***

MAKEUP: Makeup that is well done is one of the best preparations you can make for your session. It will even out skin tone sand help give your photos that extra pop for a model-like look. Even if you don’t normally wear makeup or wear very little, take the time to do it well and your photos will look their best.

Makeup should only be slightly heavier than normal. Mascara should be clean and not clumpy. Avoid makeup with an SPF because it tends to create a shine. Summer shine can be controlled by using translucent powder that knocks out shine without adding additional color. I strongly recommend bringing powder with you. White and sparkly eye shadow and the powder with glitter in it does not photograph well. Color enhancing makeup such as blush, eye make up and lip color, will brighten your entire face. Frosted makeup will reflect light and frosted lip color will make your lips look thick. You will want to refresh your make up as your session goes.

Lotion on your bare legs is a must for photographs. Makes them look tanner, longer and leaner.

HAIR: Please check your hair as often as you like during your session. Bring hairspray and anything else that you use to style with you. If it is a humid sticky day then you will really want to use some hair spray. Don’t try a new style just for your session! Your haircut or color should be at least 7 days old to look best. Although we try to help with hair, it is hard to know when your style is just right. Make sure you like the look or let us know your preferences. Hair style is ultimately YOUR responsibility. Any hair changes during the session should be quick and simple so you have as much camera time as possible.

Bring hair spray, clips, pins, and whatever else is needed to keep your hair out of your eyes if it’s windy. Also bring a brush and mirror for quick hair touch-ups.

NAILS: Nails do show! Make sure you have a fresh Pedi and Manicure or wear no polish at all. Many casual shots are done barefoot, so don’t forget about those toes!

JEWELRY: If you have different jewelry for different outfits please put each set of jewelry in a plastic baggie and hang it on the hanger with that outfit. It’s nice to have a variety to choose from and it doesn’t hurt to bring numerous options with you.

TAN LINES: Very expensive to fix! Tan lines are a distraction and take away from your photos. We suggest you use a tanning bed and varied swimsuit tops to minimize any existing tan lines. If you choose to tan outside or in a tanning bed, don’t overdo it. We don’t want you looking orange and leathery. Just work on it a week or 2 before your session and you will be amazed how fast you can get rid of those lines! If you do use a tanning bed, make sure to move around some when tanning so you don’tend up with bulb stripes from the bed and white underarms! If you play ball and wear a hat a lot try to remember to take it off for a couple of weeks before your session so you don’t have white hat forehead. Guys mow the yard a couple of times without a shirt onto get rid of farmer tan lines.

CLOTHES: We recommend 3-5 wardrobe changes. Most important thing about your clothes is not to scrunch them all in a bag. Wrinkles really do show! Group your outfits together on hangers. Plan on changing quickly. The faster you change, the more time we have to photograph and the more photo choices you’ll have later. Pick a variety of clothing, some casual, something a little dressier. Don’t bring all one type of clothing such as ALL spaghetti straps or all T-Shirts with words---or ALL pink tops. Mix it up, variety really is best. If you are unsure bring extras and I can help you pick what would work the best. You’ll be happiest with your session if your clothing choices vary in style and colors. Some should be dressy, some dressy-casual, and some casual.

GIRLS: Make sure that you bring all the undergarments that you will need with you. Example: If you are wearing white pants then flowered panties will really show.

GUYS: A fresh shave is a must! If you have beard or a mustache make sure it is trimmed to your liking. Retouching stubble costs extra and it still doesn't look as good as a clean shave. Guys bring more than one pair of shoe sand socks. Bright tennis shoes work with sports and some blue jean or short outfits. If you have dark pants you will want to bring a pair of dark socks. And most importantly, chapped lips can ruin your photos and are hard to retouch naturally. Get the good old fashioned cherry Chapstick and bring it with you. Not the glossy kind. This will keep your lips looking soft and naturally pink and you won't look like your wearing lipstick.

PROPS: They’re great! Bring props that help show who you are. Please let us know about props you plan to bring so we can be prepared and allow enough time. Some popular choices are: Sports equipment (soccer ball, basketball, softball bat, etc.), Sports uniforms, Musical instruments, Activity related items (dance, art, school clubs, etc.)

MINDSET: Have fun! We’re going to make you look great and you’ll have a great time. Relax. Plus, we help you with posing, so there’s no pressure on you.
